The Center is pleased to announce that it will co-host for the fourth time a two-day conference regarding the intersections between international commercial and international investment arbitrations. The papers presented at the conference are based on papers submitted to the soon to be published Cambridge Compendium of International Commercial and Investment Arbitration, co-edited by Professors Franco Ferrari, the Director of the Center, as well as Andrea Bjorklund and Stefan Kröll, and attempt to address the various topics from both a commercial and an investment arbitration perspective whenever appropriate in order to highlight the commonalities as well as the differences between both fields .
